TELEMATIC VERIFICATION

In accordance with the requirement for accreditation of resident status and application of the corresponding discount, all ticket issuance must consult the automated system of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport known as SARA, which will give the following result:
 

VERIFIED

It will not be necessary to present the Certificate of residence in force issued by the corresponding Town Hall for the purposes of Royal Decree 1316/2001.

NOT VERIFIED

It will be necessary to present the Certificate of residence in force issued by the corresponding Town Hall for the purposes of Royal Decree 1316/2001.

The SARA accreditation system allows to verify or consult telematically, at the moment of the purchase of tickets, the details of a citizen who has initiated a procedure with GRACIOSAMAR CRUCEROS, S.A.

IMPORTANT - Other persons

In the event that the purchase of the transport ticket is made in favour of other persons, you must have their authorisation to provide their personal data and give consent on their behalf for the processing and transfer of the same for the indicated purpose.

It is reminded that if you do not wish to request confirmation of data by means of telematic access, or if the result of the consultation does not allow you to confirm compliance with the requirements, the interested party who wishes to make a subsidised journey will be obliged to accredit in person the condition of beneficiary by presenting the mandatory documents in accordance with the regulations in force.
